This policy explains how the Château Algarve website uses browser storage and third-party services. We keep this use limited and do not currently use advertising or behavioural tracking cookies.

2. Essential storage

When you make a cookie choice, the website stores that preference in your browser's local storage under the name chateau-cookie-consent. This prevents the notice appearing on every visit. It contains only your selected preference and the date of that choice.

3. Film media

The Film & Media page uses a video hosted directly on the Château Algarve website. Watching it does not connect your browser to an external video platform.

4. Enquiry form

The contact form is prepared for delivery through EmailJS. EmailJS is used only when you actively submit an enquiry. The information you enter is transmitted to process and respond to that request.

5. Changing your choice

You can reopen the consent panel at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Clearing your browser's site data will also remove the saved preference.

6. Third-party links

Links to Instagram and other external websites open services governed by their own cookie and privacy policies. Simply viewing this website does not load those linked services.
